Unless otherwise stated, JobForSure and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions. You must not:

  • JobForSure [JFS] is owned by TheVentures Pvt. Lt, Korea. JobForSure is not an job portal , it is an career service company. We make no commitment of any job to users or customers availing our services. We also do not claim that using our services guarantees getting a job.
  • You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our site (the “Site”). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products, or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time. A notice about any such amendment will be sent to you, either via email, our website, our blog or through any other public medium. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
  • You expressly understand and agree that JobForSure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your usage of the Service.


If you register for an account on the JFS Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as may be prompted by any registration/signup forms on the Site (“Registration Data”)
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to JFS and to keep it accurate, current, and complete
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to JFS. You are responsible for all activity on your JFS account, and for all charges incurred by your JFS account
  • Accept to receive all promotional emails, messages and newsletters from JFS email.


The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

Prohibited Use

  • The Member will not allow any person other than the authorized person(s) named in the application form to use the Service.
  • The Member shall use the Service only for the purpose for which it is subscribed.
  • The Member will comply with all applicable laws and shall not contravene any applicable law of India relating to the Services, including any regulation made pursuant thereto.
  • The Member shall not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose including without limitation criminal purposes.
  • The Member shall not to use the Service to send or receive any message, which is offensive on moral, religious, racial or political grounds or of an offensive, vulgar, obscene, malicious or menacing nature.
  • The Member shall be prohibited in persistently sending messages or make postings on JFS to any other Member or third party who access JFS without reasonable cause or for causing any peril, harassment, annoyance, irritation, or anxiety to any person.
  • The Member is prohibited to introduce, post or transmit any information or software, which contains a virus, worm or other harmful component into the Internet or JFS network system.
  • The Member will not breach on any intellectual property rights of any person or retain information in any computer system or otherwise with such intention.
In the event of a violation of any of the above mentioned covenants by the Member, and same comes to the Company's knowledge, the Company shall have the right to delete any material relating to the violations without prior notice to the Member. The Company shall issue a warning to the Member to discontinue any activity, which leads to the said violations, and in the event the Member continues with such activity, the Company has the sole authority to terminate or suspend the membership at JFS and/or any other related facility. In addition to the right to indemnity available to the Company, the Company shall have the right to any legal remedy, against the Member to recover the loss suffered by the Company and the harm caused to the goodwill of the Company, due to such violation by the Member.

Maintenance of Service

The Company may at any time deactivate or suspend the Member's access to JFS and/or the Services (as the case may be) without any prior notice in order to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing, repairs and other related work. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall not be liable for any loss and damage, costs and expense that the Member may suffer or incur, and no fees or charges payable by the Member to the Company shall be deducted, refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or suspension.

Modification of Services

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. The Company shall not be liable to the Member or any third party should the Company exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

Membership Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement if the other party breaches any material terms of the Agreement or violates Applicable Law. We may terminate the Agreement and discontinue providing the Services to you if you delay or fail to pay the Fee or commission payable under the Agreement or breach the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. If this Agreement is terminated whether upon expiry of the Subscription Period or for cause as set out above (i) all Confidential Information will be returned to the Disclosing Party, (ii) we will terminate your access to the Services and the contents of the Report, and (iii) all outstanding portions of the Fee or commission due to us under the Agreement will become immediately payable.

Advertising and Banners

The Site may contain advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible for the illegality or any error, inaccuracy or problem in the advertiser’s or sponsor’s materials. In addition, TheVentures Pvt. Ltd. and JobForSure reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any advertisement it considers inappropriate for whatever reason.

Error and Bug

We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses, or other harmful components. We will make all possible efforts to correct any errors/defects that are brought to our notice. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct. We may make changes to the features, functionality, or content of the Site at any time without notice. Matter of Disputes and Jurisdictional Aspects

For any kind of legal dispute related to JobForSure would be dealt in only territory of Bangalore and Seoul. All the legal issues are subjected only to pertinent contemporary's laws in force at Bangalore and Seoul to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore and Seoul only.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and South Korea. The Courts in Bangalore and Seoul will have exclusive jurisdiction over the subject matter of this Agreement.


The Terms and conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of JobForSure. Any person using JobForSure in violation of the stipulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of hirist.com shall render himself/herself liable to appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal.
