JFS Mentoring

What is the Mentoring and Career Management Programme at JFS?

This program is a one-to-one mentoring program specifically-designed to help Indian IT Industry professionals including freshers who aspire to join the IT Industry. JFS Talent Advisors help IT professionals & freshers get a wider view of their career path and guide them in making the right career decisions

Some of the aspects of the programme are :

  • Developing a career roadmap to grow professionally within the current organization or elsewhere.
  • Learning and developing specific skills and knowledge for career growth.
  • Soft skills development such as communication, personality, interpersonal relationship, leadership skills, and more.
  • Counselling on stress and work-life balance related to jobs.
  • Guidance for freshers and career alternative path based on industry trends and opportunities.

How does it work?

The mentoring journey starts with registration and selection of JFS Talent Advisors. This program is designed in form of hour-based sessions ranging from 4 and 8 hours over a fixed period of time based on individual preferences.



Mentors

Mr. Y J Rao

He has more than 40 years of experiences  related to Projects, Business development and Marketing  in  L&T group companies including  L&T InfoTech both in domestic and international market.

Mr. Pradip Paul

He is an accomplished technology leader with significant experiences in research and development and New Product Introduction (NPI) with more than 25 years of experiences after his post graduation from IIT-Mumbai.

Mr. P B Bashyam

He is Post Graduate Telecom Professional with over 35 yrs of working background. Experience in R&D, Manufacturing, Project Management, Experience in dealing with Govt. depts.for clearances and approvals. Achieving Certifications in Quality viz. ISO, SEI CMM, SEI PCMM.

Mr. Mahesh Sanzgiri

Engineering graduate from IIT Mumbai , having work experience in R&D quality control, Manufacturing and health care and embedded technology and development. Has additional skills in Automation, Automotive Industry.

Mr. Y V Rao

He has 30 years of experiences in the space of Telecommunication research after his B.Tech from IIT-Chennai. He headed the offshore-development centre for NEC-Japan & Samsung-Korea, for 3G & 4G mobile infrastructure software enhancement.

Dr. CRS Kumar

He is Head of the Electronics & Computer Engineering Department of Defense Institute of Advanced Technology, DRDO, Ministry of Defense. Worked in MNCs. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Senior Member of IEEE, Distinguished Speaker of Computer Society.

Mr. Surya Patar Munda

B.Tech(Hons) in Computer Sc. & Engineering from IIT Kharagpur with over 25 years of experience. He has a experience of RF Engineering, WCDMA, LTE systems in Motorola, Nortel(US,Singapore,Australia) for many operators in US, Australia, Singapore, China, Hongkong.

Mr. Somnath Ghosh

He was the Ex-Head of IT PMO of Intel India where he worked for over a dozen of years and led Intel India Development Centre. His previous companies include IBM Global Services, Wipro Systems, and Tata Consultancy Services. He is currently working for 3G Network Solutions as a core team member. He received his M.Sc in Matchmatics from IIT Kharagpur.

Mr. Tak Lee

He has experiences of working for a various type of financial institutions from Asset Management, Venture Capital, Hedge Fund to Investment Banking in India, Korea, Hong Kong and UK. He is also the coauthor of the book "How Did You Start Your Startup.” Recevied a BBA from Korea University.

Mr. Madhusudhan Seetharamiah

He received his M.Sc in Computer Science from Christ Uni-versity. Madhusudhan has years of experience in IT, Acade-mic/ Education Industry and R&D in various domain inclu-ding Mobile App [Android] , Data mining , SNS etc.
